Today as I watch the ceremony at the Tomb of the Unkown Soldier, I give thanks to all who serve our country. Prayers are needed that the world may find pease.
The on going project of Quilts of Valor is one way each of us can show our thanks to all the Soldiers. The quilt should be red white and blue, lap size to fit a hospital bed top.  Drop them off at the shop and we will get them to the soldiers.
The end of June, I will be in Washington DC with several of my guild members of Sisters of the Cloth. We have been asked by Traditional Arts of Indiana to demonstrate quilting during the Folk Festival at the Smithsonian. I will try to get pictures uploaded during the event.
Prior to DC don't forget to come see us at the Appleseed Quilt Show.
Lest we forget Freedom is not Free
